These terms cover buying and playing Five Nights at Donald’s on this website. By creating an account, preordering, buying the game or tipping the developers, you agree to them. We kept them short and plain on purpose.

Who we are

Five Nights at Donald’s is made and sold by Real Migas LLC. You can reach us at [email protected].

You must be 18 or older

The game is for adults. It has mature themes, flashing lights and loud jump scares. You must be at least 18 to create an account or buy anything here.

What you get for $5

You get a personal license to play Five Nights at Donald’s in your web browser while signed in to your account. You don’t own the game, its art, its music or its code; we do. You can’t copy, resell, share, rent out or redistribute the game or your account.

Preorders unlock on October 31, 2026. Until then your copy is reserved on your account, and we’ll email you when it’s ready to play.

All sales are final

Every purchase and every tip is final. We don’t offer refunds, exchanges or credits, including if you change your mind, don’t like the game, or can’t run it on your device. Please check that you’re on a computer with a modern browser, a keyboard and a mouse before you buy.

Tips to support the developers are optional, don’t include the game, and aren’t tax-deductible donations.

If a payment is reversed through your bank or card company, access tied to that payment can be paused or removed.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email, and your purchase and saves are tied to that address. Keep access to your email safe; anyone who can open it can sign in as you. One account per person. We can suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, cheating the payment system, or sharing the game.

Playing the game

The game runs in your browser and needs an internet connection to load. We work hard to keep it running, but we can’t promise it will be available every moment or work on every device and browser. We may update, fix or change the game over time.

It’s satire

Five Nights at Donald’s is a work of fiction and parody. Every character is a caricature, and nothing in the game is a statement of fact about any real person, group or event. It isn’t endorsed by, or connected to, anyone it parodies.

Limits on our responsibility

The game is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or incidental losses, and our total responsibility to you for anything related to the game or this website is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.

Changes and the law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and changes apply to purchases made after that date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
