Your account

We keep your email address, your sign-ins, your purchases and your game saves, so you can get into your account and pick up where you left off. A few essential cookies keep you signed in and keep your account safe. If a save hasn’t synced yet, your browser may hold a backup copy.

Emails and messages

If you use the contact form, your message and email address come to our support inbox so we can reply. We use privacy-friendly visit counts that don’t use cookies or track you across other sites.

Sales and refunds

I’m 18 or older, and all sales are final. Your preorder locks in your copy of Five Nights at Donald's, playable in your browser starting October 31, 2026. Tips to support the devs are optional and also final, and they don’t include the game.

Your progress

The game saves at checkpoints, so wait for the save message before you switch devices. If a payment is ever refunded, game access goes with it, and access can be paused while a payment dispute is open.

Need help with a purchase, or want a copy of your data or your account deleted? Email [email protected]. If it’s about a payment, include your order number. Never send card details or passwords.

About the game

Five Nights at Donald’s is fictional horror satire. The characters and dialogue are caricatures, not factual claims about anyone. Heads up: the game has flashing lights and loud jump scares.
